Buying a land in Bulgaria, foreign citizens have to register a firm.
Registration of a limited liability company (OOD)

2. Registration in court
Required documents:
• a written application for the registration of Ltd. to the District Court, signed by the partners. The statement includes the full name and ID of the person who submits an application, the company, under which he will work, the location and address of the company's management, operations, management style, the validity of a friendly agreement, the amount of equity partners;
• sample signed by the persons (notarized,) which will manage and represent the company (this could be you or your assistant);
• Declaration
• associations (for a company with limited liability - OOOD (called a constituent act), Written by all partners;
• unique ID for the company, "Information services" JSC - the District Court;
• protocol for Constituent meeting;
• Document for paid-up capital (minimum of 10 leva);
• Document fees paid for inscribing the company in "State Gazette";
• A document for the paid taxes.
3. Statistic registration (BULSTAT)
In period of 3 days after receiving the court registration you must register for the service BULSTAT to register at the local branch of the National Statistical Institute. Required documents:
• Resolution of judicial decisions;
• the charter;
• corporate contract;
• regulatory and legislative acts;
• proof of identity.
